Eccentropiesis means pressure that is exerted outwards from the inside. Eccentropiesis comes from the Greek word "ek" meaning "out," the Greek word "kentron" meaning "center," and the Greek word "piesis" meaning "pressure." Put the two words together and you have "pressure out (from) center."
