FEATURED BOOKS ON FECES (POOP) FROM BARNES & NOBLE.COM:
Mysophilia
Mysophilia comes from the Greek word "mysos" meaning "defilement," and the Greek word "philos" meaning "fond." Put the two words together and you have "fond (of) defilement." Defilement means to make unclean or unpure. If interested, check out these great books on poop at Barnes & Noble.com:
In psychiatry, mysophilia refers to an abnormal attraction to and interest in filth or feces (poop). Sometimes, the interest and attraction to filth and poop takes on a sexual component and leads to sexual excitement. We'll leave the rest to your imagination. Psychiatry is the study of the causes, diagnosis, and treatment of disorders of the mind, emotions, and behavior. Mysophilia is also known as coprophilia.
