Palilalia
An abnormal condition in which the same word or phrase is rapidly repeated, usually at the end of a sentence. Palilalia comes from the Greek word "palin" meaning "again," and the Greek word "lalein" meaning "to babble." Put the two words together and you have "to babble again."
